The importation, transportation, and possession of freshwater stingrays is prohibited in the following states:

    • Arizona
    • California
    • Florida
    • Georgia
    • Hawaii (Potamotrygonidae and Dasyatidae)
    • Mississippi
    • Nevada
    • Oklahoma
    • Texas
    • Utah (Potamotrygonidae and Dasyatidae)
